Terms of Service

PredictPlay is a subscription-based sports analytics software (SaaS) platform. We aggregate publicly available sports data — odds, schedules, scores, news headlines, injury reports — and present them alongside AI-generated analysis. Subscribers gain access to enhanced features including AI-adjusted win probabilities, premium intel, and full game analysis.

PredictPlay is NOT a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, facilitate betting between users, or pay out winnings. Any “picks” you make on the Service are for entertainment and have no monetary value.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws related to viewing sports analytics or betting information.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person; do not share credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($29.99/month) or annually ($239/year) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Free trial: Every new Premium subscription starts with a 24-hour free trial. Your card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends (24 hours after signup). Cancel anytime before the trial ends via the Manage Subscription link in your profile and you will not be billed.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via the Manage Subscription link in your profile. You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period (or end of trial if still in trial).
• Refunds: Because we offer a free trial, refunds on charged subscriptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis only. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts and a charge is processed, the subscription is non-refundable except where required by law. Contact support@predictplay.ai with billing questions.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect.
• Failed payments: If a charge fails, we will retry per Stripe's standard schedule. After repeated failures, your subscription may be canceled and Premium features revoked.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including illegal gambling.
• Resell, scrape, or redistribute Service content without permission.
• Reverse engineer, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.
• Impersonate other users, post abusive content, or harass others.
• Create automated accounts or use bots to interact with the Service.

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. PredictPlay makes no guarantees of accuracy.

All odds, picks, predictions, and analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not investment advice, gambling advice, or guarantees of outcomes. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on Service content. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service or any third-party betting activity.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictPlay's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50 if you have not paid us anything). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold PredictPlay harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

PredictPlay name, logo, software, content, and design are owned by PredictPlay. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use during your subscription. All other rights are reserved.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately; refunds (if any) are governed by section 4.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
